Killing Happiness With The External: 3 Ways to Look Within

I was coaching a client the other day who was telling me the boredom that had beset her and that there was “nothing to do” that brought her joy.

Even a casual follower of this blog knows where i will go with that, but in case you are of the mindset that the external; the vacations, the special occasions, the parties, etc, etc, will bring you some sort of peace within your life, you probably need to re-evaluate your thinking.

As i told my client, there is nothing “out there” that can ever bring you a joyful countenance if you  first are not living in some kind of place where love, joy and peace are at least a small reality.

There can never be an event, an occasion or even another person, that can bring you to a place of joy in your life if you first don’t come to grips with the essence of love within first.

The Goal Line is Constantly Being Moved

Maybe it is the idea that we are always in the pursuit of happiness and that it lies in the obtaining. But isn’t the goal line always seemingly being moved on you? Or maybe it is more like the Charlie Brown character who expects different results every time he goes to kick the football as Lucy is holding it.

3 Ways to Look Within for Happiness

That is the fleeting expression of happiness that is always an external pursuit. The truth is that we are happiness, love, peace and joy, first, and then the truth of that happiness will then manifest outside of ourselves.

Way 1: Find Your Happy Place

Understand that within us all is that place that we are our own truth. Maybe it has become obscured by life, by the opinions of others, by your expectations of what exactly happiness is supposed to be.

Whatever the reason, you must understand that there is a truth that is your joy that may be as simple as understanding that your very nature is love, first. There is a place that you go to, whether you know it or not, that gives you a sense of peace. It is not the place so much as who you are within that place. That is your happy place.

Way 2: Know That Who You Are in All Situations is the Joy You Bring

When a situation that is supposed to bring you a happiness within comes to you, understand it is you that brings any sense of joy to that place to begin with.

A situation, a place or a romance is not the happiness but simply an extension of the peace you bring into it. If you go to a party and everyone is standing around with scowling looks on their faces, was it the party that was bad?

One might say so, but have you ever been in a place where there is one soul that is so dynamic that they change the atmosphere of the room when they enter?

You are that one who can bring joy to a place where there may be none, but you have to believe it first. If it is an act, it will eventually fade away. It must be genuine.

Way 3: Live Your Joy When No One is Looking

This plays into Way 2 in that there must be a genuine expression of that joy found within for this to all make sense. Many would say that this is a process.

Yes and no, but i am more of the mindset that it is a decision that is strictly internal. There are no conditions that must be in place for you to understand that it is your birthright to be joy, to be love and to be peace.

No one must be in your life, no amount of money must be within your reach, you are not at the whims of others and their opinions of you in order to begin this process. It is simply an understanding that you are already that soul of love, peace and joy and you must embrace the essence of that within so as to live it without.

Sometimes it as simple as a decision. Let the process begin there.  In the end, it is a solitary journey that you must understand exists. Your journey then involves others on their solitary journey as well and joy becomes a manifesting destiny.

Live yours well.

We Are Creatures of Habit: 3 Ways to Understand Your Role

Change, Change, Change… as the old song goes, right? But have you ever fully noticed how we get so upset at the slightest change within our lives? Even if our daily routine is changed but by a bit it somehow is supposed to now affect the entire day.

I was sitting in my local coffee shop one day and a service man came next to me with his tray that had his drink. In the course of setting his breakfast down, his drink was spilled and you had thought that we had just had an international incident occur.

Exasperated, he said to his buddy,”Well, i guess that will set the tone for the day. Great!”

Now, mind you, he spilled not a drop on himself. The restaurant crew was there to clean it and his drink was easily replaced. Nor did any of his other breakfast become saturated by the spilled drink.

Now, my inner coach had to leap to the defense of the rest of the day for this young man and i simply said, “It is only a spilled drink. it has nothing to do with any part of the day ahead. You are better than a drink slipping from your grasp. It has no reflection upon anything that will happen, ever.”

The young man smiled and said, “You are right. I am in the command of daily changes in the service. i guess a drink should not determine my day in any way.”

He got my point. Stuff happens and it is no reflection of any upcoming happening. It is what it is.

Why is it that we think everything should be as the ego says it should always be, that everything is predictable when we know that life is not that way.

Creatures of Habit

One of the reasons we are affected by stuff happening is that we are creatures of habit and we are emotional cauldrons always being stirred and sometimes the pot just overflows at the least bit of stirring.

3 Major Ways We Deal With Change

Way 1: Our Personality Filter

This is the way we are put together in many ways. It is what makes us tick, it is how we view the world. We have a dominant way that happens for us and it is a great way to understand ourselves.

Knowing this information can lead us into ways we can adapt our reactive ways in dealing with change, but really, at the core of all personality types is the ability to harness your inner peace so as to not become trapped by the way we are. In a sense, don’t become a victim to your personality type that you perceive yourself as having as it may become a crutch.

Way 2: Our Levels of Awareness

A spilled drink should not become an awareness of a day of one “bad” thing happening after another. Anything that impacts your level of awareness becomes a hindrance to your becoming a true Now Moment thinker.

It is amazing how the simplest of changes in the morning routine that our ego has decided is our reality can manifest in ways that make no sense within the time frame of our day. When you strive to reach a heightened state of consciousness then you are more able to live within the confines of each Now Moment. A spilled drink is simply a spilled drink within that moment alone and has no connection to some other event.

It is never the “spilled drinks” in our lives, but our reaction to them that truly matters.

Way 3: Our Conscious Awareness of the Change

This plays into Way 2 in that the more you are aware, the more you are able to no longer be the reactive, impetuous creature that is affected by an event that takes you away from your norm.

Remember that there is no normal, really, and if there is, why is there?

How do you generally react to change?

On the spectrum of actively seeking change to actively avoiding it, where do you fall?

How do you manage your feelings about change, especially if the change is not one you chose?

Your awareness that life is an ever-evolving place and that if we are not “change” on some level, then we are not really becoming better Universal creatures.

Yes, we like the routine, but we are not vested in it. Look for the opportunity to be change to a world that has become stuck in routine. For it is here that you become better, the world becomes better.

Be a Person of Quality. Direct Your Power.

3 Ways To Stop Being Held As A Prisoner of War Within Your Mind

When i was a kid, i remember seeing the old comedy show, Hogan’s Heroes, about a prisoner of war camp during the Second World War.

The shows premise was that the POWs were actually active war participants, using the camp as a base of operations for Allied espionage and sabotage against the Germans or the German Armed Forces.

The prisoners could leave and return almost at will via a secret network of tunnels and had radio contact with Allied command. They were aided by the incompetence of the camp commandant, Colonel Klink, and the rather more complex motivations of Sergeant of The Guard Sergeant Schultz.

Colonel Hogan would routinely manipulate the incompetent Klink and get Schultz to look the other way while Hogan’s men conducted secret operations. Klink and Schultz were in constant terror of being transferred to the Russian Front, and Hogan took pains to keep the hapless German duo firmly in place.

Schultz was quite aware that the prisoners were carrying out some sort of mischief, but deliberately ignored it in order to maintain the status quo.

It was all fun and games as the actual war was now 20 years over at the time the show was broadcast and time to start having fun with it all, i suppose.

But i am struck with the similarities of how we are POWs within our own minds.

You see, i believe us to be prisoners to our egoic nature and, like the show, we seem to be willing to allow ourselves to be used by allied command, the ego, for all kinds of shenanigans.

Unfortunately, we will never be allowed to leave as the ego has decided that you are not worthy to become the expansive creatures who relish living in the beauty of each Now Moment.

You see, by keeping you forever trapped by a guilt-ridden past and a future that is full of angst, for the details of your life must always be planned out or you are just a failure, we are kept as POWs forever hoping the war might end.

But like in the show where the POWs were content to stay put to do the secret operations, we too, seem to be content with ceding our lives to the ego to manage. I mean, isn’t it just easier to live in guilt and regret of the things we should have done and to put our desires into some hope of a glorious future that will happen when our ship comes in?

3 Ways to Release Yourself to Live Free

The ego is never a tyrannical dictator as the aspect of divine providence within for freedom would always rise to the surface.

No, instead, the ego is indeed like Allied Command, making it seem as if you are part of the overall plan for success.

Way 1: Understand the Way You Are Being Held Captive

This is indeed different for everyone as the ego is subtle in its design. It is forever dwelling on that which will make you stay put as a prisoner but making it seem as if you are a full participant in the process. If it is guilt about something in your past, regret about some situation that you had no control over or whatever it is your ego has decided that t needs to keep you bound, you need to understand for yourself the way you are being kept prisoner.

The key here is to understand the feelings and emotions, yet never judge them. When you allow yourself to judge them, you become the victim and then the prisoner. Judgement always reflects on the one who judges.

Way 2: Understand that the Tunnels that Lead Away Have Always Been There

Believe it or not, there is a symbiotic relationship that you have with your ego. You know the tunnels are there, the ego knows you can be free, yet does not try and stop you from using them. However, the ego tells you that the tunnels are simply used for missions but that the place of safety and security is always behind the barbed wire of the camp.

When you can make sense of the “why” then the access to the tunnels becomes a bit easier to begin to see that the true freedom can only come when you decide to use the tunnels for a one-way trip out.

There is never any safety and security as a Prisoner of War but there is clarity when you understand that life begins when you do. This means shedding your reliance on the ego and allowing yourself to step into the fresh sunlight of your Present Moments. Only there can you find yourself waiting.

Way 3: Understand that There is No Safety Ever in the Realm of the Ego

The tendency to retreat back into the camp is so dominant as you come to truly live free. The ego has assured you that the missions were as free as you needed to be, but that you will always be the safest behind the barbed wire that encloses it. The ego will tell you that it is in charge but that everything you do is vital to the success of the war.

You believed it.

Well, you used to, but no longer. Yes, the freedom of accepting yourself for who you are can be daunting. The freedom to be free of judgement of yourself and of others can be exhilarating, yet scary, at the same time. It has been such a fall-back position that the ego has used to bolster your view of yourself, right?

But once you have lived in the realm of freedom of yourself, from yourself, you begin to see the uselessness of the ego and the temptation to retreat back into the tunnels.

It is not a journey back you should ever desire. It is like when someone loses weight and gains it back and it is more difficult, or so it seems, to lose the weight again. It is just easy to retreat back into old patterns of guilt, regret and judgement.

Don’t go there.

Be a person who is free of the encampments of the mind and of the ego, for there, in the details of each Now Moment, life is waiting.

The Clarity of a Focused Life: 3 Ways To Look At The Process

In the dynamics of putting together a theatrical production to perform, there is always an Opening Night in which we are striving. Such as life, the events that we are preparing for, our Opening Nights, are really nothing more than a series of rehearsals in some way.

But let me explain the process here. You see, a lot of behind the scenes events have to happened before an Opening Night ever does. Besides the rehearsals, there is the stage prep, the show marketing and everything else that makes a production a success.

In life, such as in the theatre, we to have a lot of behind the scenes actions that must take place for our own Opening Nights. Like a theatrical season, with several opening nights contained within our season, think of your life as a series of Opening Nights as well.

Multitasking Our Lives Away

The challenge is that often times we are multitasking our life away with no sense of clarity at all. We just react to one situation after another and seem to drift away hoping and praying for the best.

Seriously, we hope and pray to God that this or that happens and get hacked off when it doesn’t blaming God, the world, the economy and everything in between instead of looking at the epicenter of all the seismic activity; Ourselves.

Now, you would think that from a true Now Moment perspective, that drifting is our forte and that is the rap that has been put upon Now Moment-types; We just stand around in a calm state and never are concerned about any moment but this one.

Well, yes and no.

Clarity and Focus are the key to all Now Moments. Like putting together a show, we understand when Opening Night is and all that has to be done to get there, we just understand that nothing happens Opening Night that hasn’t already happened in every rehearsal day that leads up to Opening Night.

3 Ways to Adopt a Life of Focus and Clarity

Now Moment thinkers, which is the desire of all, but the ego attempts to have you only in the Opening Nights of your life and the worries of some future day with no appreciation or concern for the Present Moment. Left up to the ego, the Opening Nights would never contain any rehearsals, only the incessant worry that there is about the Opening Night to begin with.

Way 1: Look at the Opening Nights of Your Life and Know They Are Not Lived There

With clarity and focus, Now Moment thinkers have a sense of the precious gift that is an Opening Night but truly understand that it is in the rehearsals that we find our voice. In every part an actor rehearses for, there is that one point where they “get it”. That point in the rehearsal process where their part comes alive to them. It is usually when they have gotten “off script” and the words become part of them, as does then the character.

In life, having a sense of clarity and focus does not immediately give you that sense, as one might think, but it is when we go “off script” so to speak, that the part we are playing becomes alive to us.

This is the reason many who engage in New Year’s Resolutions go so horribly off track. They live only in the Opening Night of the resolution and never truly get “off script” for the resolution to become alive to them.

Way 2: Be Willing to Pursue Every Rehearsal Night With A Single Focus

Rehearsals are an amazing thing in that if an actor comes into it completely focused on the days events or some past rehearsal where things didn’t click for them, they often time get inside their own heads. The only rehearsal that matters is the one you are in.

Such is life. The only moment that truly matters is the one that you are in. Don’t allow a past that you have labeled as “unsuccessful” vitiate this Present Moment. And don’t be concerned with Opening Night, for it is Now. You see, without the clarity and focus of this Precious gift of Now, there is no Opening Night worth speaking of.

As i used to tell actors, we all desire there to be an Opening Night, but the only way to be sure that there is to be one is to be focused on this rehearsal alone for here is where any Opening Night happens.

Way 3: Reward Successes Along the Way

It can not be said enough that if you don’t take care and concern for the little victories of the Now Moments, that opening Night is often a let down. In fact, this is such a danger that actors often fall victim to what i call, “Opening Night Hangover.” Essentially, they were so vested in opening night, that the second night comes and they lack the enthusiasm for the continuation of the show run. It was as if the Opening Night was the end-all-to-beat-all.

But like in life, Opening Night is only the beginning, usually. There is usually a show run that has to be performed. Not every one comes to Opening Night.

Don’t get trapped in the success of Opening Night Alone, but reward great performances along the way. If you find yourself looking for opportunities to be grateful for yours and others involved in your Opening Night, be it a team, a partner or whoever, and you look for ways to appreciate the little moments of achievement, then you will understand that sometimes the little moments rewarded are the essence of life themselves.

3 Questions to Ask About The Quality of Your Commitments

There was an advertising slogan from years ago from Zenith who made electronics that stated in its tag line, “The Quality goes in before the Name goes on.”

Of course the imagery followed that Zenith cared about the product as a company and that they did their best to ensure that very essence as a company. However, the quality in such a thing as building electronics, or in any company that attempts to serve the human good, is only as good as the quality of the employees that make up your organization.

This is why, often times, when a company gets so big and bloated, such as IBM had gotten at the beginning of the computer revolution that encapsulated the 80’s, companies such as Apple and Microsoft were able to come in and grab the interest with high quality and a pure, unsaturated message of not only quality, but of a commitment to that quality.

In a previous post, it was asked of you to look at the very nature of the words that make up commitment. To define, for yourself, the nature of the idea of commitment for yourself and how you see your world as a result of that assessment.

We now look at the essence of the real meaning of commitment; the quality that makes and defines your commitment.

You see, the very word quality in our current corporate climate, seems to be more of a phrase lacking a heart. The very essence of quality now seems to be given to those niche companies that excel at customer service and a real dedication to a corporate environment that fosters that creative intellect that is necessary to maintain a quality experience.

In your own live, then, it becomes a serve for that niche-quality factor, as i like to call it, that sets you apart from others as a creative and dynamic human being.

3 Questions to Ask About the Quality of the Commitments in Your Life

It really comes down to the questions you ask about your commitments and what is the driving force behind those commitments that instill a sense of quality to your life.

Question 1: Do Your Commitments Define you or You Your Commitments

At the very heart of all commitments is the real question as to what you bring to the commitment. Do you notice if the commitments that you are involved in have a sense of purpose to them? Yes, there are projects that you may be involved in that seem more of a ‘got to do’ but, there is still something that inspires you on some level from a broader perspective that drives you to some form of quality within that commitment, right?

There is a piece of you contained within the commitment. So you see the reason you must ask the question of the commitment to begin with; Does it define you or you, it?

Question 2: Could You Define Personally, the Commitments that You are Involved in?

As in anything we do, believe it or not, we bring a set of values to that which we are involved in,or at least we should. At the heart of this is the very reason why people lack a sense of quality in that which they are involved, they don’t believe or even know who they are at their core.

We have all heard or read accounts of people who had, what seemed as, jobs that others might see as trivial, but they did it with such a beautiful sense of purpose and with a sense of knowing who they were in the Universal way of life, that the ‘so-called’ menial job became their platform for embracing humanity.

They, then, defined the commitment because they had defined themselves.

Question 3: Does the Quality of Your Life Reflect Your Commitments?

You know the old story that is in the parents handbook that they fall back to when you were a kid.

They say, ‘If little Johnny jumped off a bridge, would you do it too?’

It is a question that parents ask you when they want you to not associate with someone they don’t desire for you. But seldom does that statement really work in that the absurdity of it is always laughable.

But that’s the point.

Most would not jump off a bridge anyway, nor would little Johnny. But the parental handbook usually only gives the pithy sayings without regard for the larger principles that were to be defined. So we are often left with fragments of sayings crawling around our heads of mush as we grow into adulthood, whenever that happens.

But the larger principle is that we are to live a life of quality in every aspect of who we are.

Now, quality is, again, a subjective definition in that we all have different standards, different core values, when it comes to quality. But, in the larger sense, we seem to know intrinsically a quality product and a quality individual. Somehow it is just a sense of who we are from a soul level that gives us this insight.

In a sense, then, we are not only the company we keep, but the commitments we keep as well.

Become the quality that is a joyful life as that is our existence and ask the questions that lead you there.

Be a Person of Quality. Direct Your Power.

Until then…

Be Excellent, Expect the Best!

The Action of Reaction; 3 Ways to Get a Grip

In the height of any political season reactions are heightened in the media, between people and between ideologies. Now, the premise here is not to choose a side, a ’right’ or ‘wrong’, for most, i have found have an outlook based on upbringing or transformational actions that have happened in their lives.

But the bigger point here is that it seems that reactions to the common everyday nuances of life are heightened. It seems that we become more reactive to every passing news account or video that we see.

Face it, it is reactions that spark debate. It is reactions that are at the core of every reality show. It is reactions that hit you square in the face as you progress through the Now Moments of your day that cause you to react in ways that are not Present Moment peace.

Rita Mae Brown said it beautifully when she said, “A life of reaction is a life of slavery, intellectually and spiritually. One must fight for a life of action, not reaction.”

You see, when we become strictly reactive beings, we lose the argument before it even begins. Many times in relationships, it is the reactions that partners seem to desire most. It seems that it is the reactions that seem to mean that they care for one another, but really it is more manipulation than anything else. When a partner attempts to ‘hit your hot buttons’ it comes from an egoic center to gain control and never from a place of love.

Wayne Dyer said, “How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours.” Meaning that we are responsible for what we do alone. It is how you choose to react, but the bigger truth is the actions of self that are your truth.

3 Ways to Get a Grip on Your Reactive State

“Do attempt to control the horizontal, do not control the vertical, we are in control,” so says the man from the beginning of every Twilight Zone episode from the past, so must you be to your reactive state. It is all a matter of you coming from a place of the Present Moment.

Way 1: Lag Time

Think about reactions. They are so, well, reactive, are they not? They come pouring out seemingly from your very soul before you know it, it seems. But to get a grip, you need to think of lag time.

I view reactions like i view having to give an account to someone for no apparent reason; totally unnecessary.

What do i mean? Well, when someone ask you do to something or go somewhere with them, and you care not to do so, do you give an excuse as to why you can’t, true or not? most have, but here is the beauty of being an adult, you don’t have to. In fact, haven’t you looked at a soul whose ‘No’ and ‘Yes’ alone were enough? It is almost as if you admired their courage just to say no or yes and be done with it. No excuses, no explanations.

That is essentially, Lag Time.the ability to think first and then say no or yes and be done with it. Lag Time is the actual thinking of what was said, and thoughtfully putting words to any thoughts that you then proclaim. A rule of thumb is a seven count, but if you are truly thinking, you need not actually count it. But tale the time anyway.

Way 2: Don’t Allow Guilt or Manipulation to Enter

This is a danger zone for sure, especially if you have not immediately been made to answer as the person, or situation, has demanded from you. I hear this a lot, that some ‘situation’ makes you respond, but unless you are in danger in that moment, most situations have no feeling how you should react or if you should at all. Most ‘situations’ are people-produced and usually ego based.

The key here is to be aware of guilt and manipulation and the effects that it has had on you. Becoming aware is the first step to not allowing guilt in to begin with.

Way 3: Don’t Look Back

This ties into both Way 1 & 2, in that the ego will question us and make us begin to doubt our lack of reactions.

“You have always reacted this way before, why not now?” the ego will say, but here is where the confidence of being a person of action, not reaction, comes in. Make no excuses for who you are and give no explanations, if one is not needed, for you are in control of this Now Moment. You are to Direct Your Power and be the person who others will look to as courageous for your non-reactive state.

Allow the Present Moment to be your place where you are a person of action, not a reactive sort that has no confidence in who they are.

Direct Your Own Life here for only you can.

Until next time…

What is Your Self-Storage Worth? The 3 Step Process to Clean It Out

Did you know that in the USA alone every year that over 15 Billion is spent on self-storage? We have so much stuff that we have to rent places to keep it all.

There was an old comedic routine done by the late comedian, George Carlin, where he talked of that very dilemma; the buying of bigger houses to make room for more of our stuff. He stated that it was not so much that we needed bigger houses for anything but that very fact, to hold our stuff.

Now, that same stuff has spilled over into a 15 Billion dollar industry because we think we need so much stuff.

When i was a kid, my mother did Spring Cleaning every year and it was really that we actually got rid of a bunch of our stuff we didn’t truly need. Except for the actual cleaning that she was hell-bent on putting us all through, i saw the simplicity of the process, even though she didn’t mean it as such.

Today shows like “Horders” fill our TV screens and we all drive by storage facilities that are more secure than some of our banks these days. I mean, do you know the process to get into one of those places?

Gates and guards and fences, Oh My. Man, oh man, we wouldn’t want anyone to steal our extra stuff, would we now.

What is my point?

I deal with many a client who harbors all kinds of stuff they no longer need in secure facilities within themselves. They are locked up and secured and kept ‘just in case’ they (well, the ego) needs to get to it later.

Why?

To be insulted by something, to be mad about something or mad at somebody, to remind themselves of the failures of the past and how, for some unknown reason, they cannot possibly advance until the stuff in storage is dealt with.

The challenge lies not so much with the stuff, but that it, the mental ‘stuff’ that is being kept under lock and key and surrounded by a moat that the ego has built and filled with gators just to make sure no one breeches, is there to begin with.

You wouldn’t want to rid yourself of some type of limiting behavior now would you?

You wouldn’t want to free yourself of the behaviors and feelings that, for some reason, are still serving you, would you?

Would You?

The 3 Step Process to Begin the Clean-Up Process

The mental storage facility that we have become so adept at hording all of the limitations and failures we hold so dear needs to be not only cleaned out, but we need to refuse to pay any more emotional rent on the facility as well.

Step 1: Understand the Nature of Your Facility.

We all harbor stuff for different reasons, but i have found that there seems to be a theme, a reason the ego has constructed such a fortress to begin with. If yours is anger, then you will see that many of the things you keep have an anger component attached. If it is being a victim, then the stuff that keeps you as such is the primary focus of the facility. Yes, there is usually a mixture as they all seem to feed on one another, but there is a dominant component, none the less.

Step 2: Move Everything Out of the Mental Storage Unit

Now, here is a mental process that is going to be your ‘spring cleaning’ of sorts. This is where the stuff needs to be dealt with and given away or, probably thrown away. It means that you need to ask yourself the basic question, ‘Why is this serving me?” However, this is the final spring cleaning you must do.

Be honest.

Step 3: Refuse to Pay Any More Emotional Rent

I have found this step, believe it or not, the most difficult to deal with. It seems that most will go through the spring cleaning process, but it is exactly that, a ‘spring cleaning’. Most anticipate another one coming so holding on to the storage unit is a must.

There is a process in time management that says that where most fall down is the failure to deal with papers, folders or items in the time management stream that can be dealt with now. The procedure is that once something comes into your hand, you either deal with it, assign it  to someone, or file it only if there is a component that is missing that you are waiting on someone else to do.

As good Now Moment souls that we are, we know that if we deal with it in one of these ways, we no longer attach any emotional energy to it. When the missing components are attached we then complete the journey of that item. We have no need to have a bunch of papers, magazines, or useless items filling our spaces.

Such is the journey of those things that were in the mental storage unit. You no longer have a use for the storage unit nor will you ever. Deal with it and free it so that this Present Moment is the one you exist in. Do not allow the past, the storage unit filled to the brim, be your existence.

Rid yourself of it once and for all for the truth is that the very nature of storage units make you a slave of your stuff and you are a better creator than that.

Direct Your Power.

Until next time…
